Spa & Sauna

The Health Suite is free to use and consists of a Sauna, Hot tub, toilet and shower. It was originally a part of the Coach House. It’s a great way to wind down and relax – summer or winter.

The suite is bookable 24 hours in advance, so you can plan your day and ensure that you have the facility all to yourselves.

Why not try combining a session in the sauna with an outdoor fire – out on the patio on a cool Autumn evening!

• Sauna: Five person sauna – laddle the spring water onto the rocks and relax!
• Hot Tub: Five person spa with hydrotherapy jets. Uses chlorine as a sanitiser and is maintained daily
